Online registration forms for classes Nursery - IX & XI ,Direct Admission in Class X and XII as per CBSE guidelines , are available online from 12.12.2025,10:00 AM onwards subjected to seat availability and can be accessed by clicking on following link (available on DAVPS NTPC UNCHAHAR, school official website: https://davntpcunchahar.in
Incomplete and incorrect form will be summarily rejected

While filling form online ,please remember that if applied more than once /more than one application,different mobile number(s) and different mail Id(s) will be required for receiving OTP.
Keep following documents ready (to be uploaded ) before starting :

PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPH OF STUDENT IN JPG FORM WITH MAXIMUM SIZE 200 KB

DATE OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF STUDENT IN PDF FORM WITH MAXIMUM SIZE 200 KB

ADDRESS PROOF IN PDF FORM WITH MAXIMUM SIZE 200 KB
Please keep following documents ready in following sequence while submitting registration form at SCHOOL OFFICE COUNTER : Adhering to the time slot given will be highly appreciated.

Completely filled in and self attested print out of the Registration form which was submitted online.

Attested copy of the Birth certificate from Nagar panchayat/Nagar nigam/Gram Panchayat Secretary (Birth certificate issued online by the State govt. is acceptable, if it’s not hand written and legitimate.

Proof of Address of parent(s)(Adhar card/Driving License/Passport/Ration Card).

Latest Passport size Photographs of the child,father,mother and Guardian.

One recent Family photograph (Mother, Father and the child in one frame).

Aadhar card (s) of the child, Mother & Father.

Transfer Certificate of Previous School (having PEN number)

Score Card/Progress Card of Previous class

Parent ‘s ID card issued by Project authorities If working with NTPC,UNCHAHAR
Mere filling registration form does not guarantee admission.
